We ship through Southwest Cargo airport to the airport or UPS Overnight. Shipping Insurance is mandatory for all koi orders. The insurance rate is $1.00 per $100 cost of the koi. For example, $1,000 koi would cost $10 in insurance via Southwest Cargo. For UPS Overnight insurance, the insurance rate is $2.50 per $100 cost of the koi.
Packing and Handling fee is $20 per box for a standard box, koi size up to 24 inches will fill a standard box. $25 for an extra large (XL) box can fit koi size 25 inches and above. The boxes of koi include box, bags, rubber bands, water treatments, and packing material ready for transport and air travel.
