Enjoy free shipping on Southwest Cargo for Koi purchases over $650500. Please note that FedEx shipping is available on a case-by-case basis and does not qualify for free shipping. Any FedEx fees will be calculated after purchase by our shipping manager.
Free for orders over $500, delivered Airport-to-Airport. Orders under $500 incur a $100-$125 fee. Insurance can be added for an additional charge, ensuring safe delivery.
Generally more expensive, with costs ranging from $125-$175. Please note that insurance is not available for FedEx Door-to-Door deliveries, and the risk falls entirely on the customer. In certain cases, shipments to a FedEx HUB may be insured, but this is not guaranteed during peak or winter months.
Southwest Cargo: Insure your Koi for a small fee. To maintain coverage, Koi must be picked up within one hour of landing at the destination airport. Any issues must be reported immediately, with photos taken at the airport.FedEx: Door-to-Door shipments are not insurable. For insured shipments to a FedEx HUB, eligibility varies.
Please note that all fish sales are final—no returns or refunds. We are committed to the health of our fish and the biosecurity of our facility, ensuring your Koi remain safe. Here’s what we do offer:
If a fish arrives deceased, we will replace it with one of equal value. You must notify us within one hour of the carrier's delivery time and provide a photo of the deceased fish with its tail cut off for verification.
In the event we cannot provide a replacement fish, we will issue store credit, which must be used within six months (extensions may be considered).
If a fish becomes ill or dies in our holding tanks before shipping, we will provide store credit.
Koi Market maintains a bio-secure facility. To ensure the health of our fish and prevent cross-contamination, all Koi sales are final, and no Koi may be returned under any circumstances once it has left our facility. This policy is vital for protecting both our fish and yours

We use our expertise to determine the gender of each Koi, but sex is not guaranteed, as some Koi are difficult to accurately sex—even for breeders.
For non-fish items, if your product arrives damaged, contact us within two business days. Warranty claims and returns are handled through the product's manufacturer, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
